If you live in the Los Angeles area: We meet with you at our office, your home or business, to discuss in-depth the emotional, physical, psychological and financial needs of your elderly family member, and your needs as family caregiver. We do a Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment wherever the older person resides to determine the best plan of care. We provide carefully screened referrals to other professionals and we bring together a multi-disciplinary team to work with you and your elderly family member. We offer counseling, networking with community resources, and coordination of in-home help. We customize placement in the right alternative living arrangement, after assessing the level of care needed, financial realities and preferred location. We provide short-term or long-term care management or monitoring. We do crisis intervention, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We consult with employers to help their employees deal effectively with stressful caregiving responsibilities at home, so job performance doesn't suffer at work. |
